What is the fee for the My Mall iPhone application?
The application is for FREE!

How do I view the full list of stores available in My Mall and how do I mark my favorite ones as "My Stores"?

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Home Screen.
2. Tap on "All Stores" in the tab bar menu. View the full list of stores available.
3. Hit the "Edit Stores" button in the upper right hand corner and start adding stores to "My Stores".
4. Tap on "Done" and your favorite stores will be displayed in the main menu.

How do I search for items?

You can search for items in two ways.
1. From the "Home screen" follow these steps:

Tap on "Search" in the tab bar menu in the home screen.

Enter the desired item and hit "Go".

2. Tap on the store you want to shop from the "Home" screen or the "All Stores" screen.

Select a category and a price range.

Hit "Search".

Can I mail an item to a friend?

Yes, you can either email an item to friends or share the item on Facebook. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Search Result" screen.
2. Tap on the "Share" button.
3. Share options will appear.
4. Select "Email It" to email the item details or select "Post it on my Wall" to share on Facebook.
5. Send.

How do I buy an item?

Please follow these steps:

1. Select the item you wish to purchase. An option page will slide in.
2. Tap on the "Buy Now" button.
3. A "Buy Now" screen will appear.
4. Tap on "Launch iPhone browser to buy from website" to buy directly from your phone.
5. Tap on "Email to yourself and buy from your PC.

How do I inform My Mall if I have feedback on the application?

Is My Mall planning to make updates for the application?

Yes, we will automatically add new stores, new products and new deals for you to shop. We are always striving to improve on and add functionality to this application and we would appreciate any suggestions or feedback you have. Please send them to support.mymall@skava.net
